Back to school time is rich in new adventures. We have several new faces joining us this semester!

Yasmeen Jaberi is a new MSc Student. She completed her BSc in Chemistry at Western University, and will be joining Team Chitin working on making new sustainable materials from biomass. So excited to work with you Yasmeen!

Very excited to host Maeve Holm in the group for an honours project this school year, working with Galen and Renzo on organizing transformation on polysaccharides.

Francisco Gàmez Ibarra from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León will be joining us for a three month exchange at Facility for Electron Microscopy Research to study Qdots with cool tools with Angel Valdez.

Finally, Wanting He as a post doc in the group focusing on electron microscopy method at Facility for Electron Microscopy Research. Wanting just graduated from INRS - Institut national de la recherche scientifique with Dongling Ma she brings her expertise in plasmonic materials and EM methods.
